On December 9, 2011, a meeting of A. Dzhaliev, General Director of JSC "Russian Coal" with O.Tsvigun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "ImpexTrade", was held in head office company JSC "Russian Coal".

During a meeting Mr.Tsvigun has told about current activity of LLC "ImpexTrade", the nearest plans for development. The basic line of activity of the organisation is export and import deals with Turkish Republic: export of steel scrap, coal, metallurgical production and import of cement and other building materials.

Heads have discussed possibilities of joint mutually advantageous cooperation of two organisations, taking into account old business ties of the parties. So in particular, it was a question of purchase by LLC "ImpexTrade" of a steel sсrap in the Rostov branch JSC "Russian Coal" which is monthly appeared as a result of industrial activity of collieries.

Also , there was discussed the possibility of purchase by LLC "ImpexTrade" of various marks of coal for their further export to Turkish Republic . In this question, probably mutually advantageous LLC "ImpexTrade" port's infrastructure use.

By results of a meeting, the arrangement on the conclusion of corresponding commercial contracts after procedure of study of details of agreements has been reached.

In the end of conversation Mr.Tsvigun has thanked A. Dzhaliev for a warm meeting and has wished the further successes of the organisation headed by him.
